Creating an exhibition plan
- After the meeting, our designers will create a booth design plan that matches your exhibition goals.

Check the plan and place your order
- We will present a design plan. Then you will confirm the booth design that matches your needs. After your confirmation, We will also prepare a detailed quotation for you to review and place your order.

Adjusting the schedule
- We will discuss the schedule leading up to the exhibition. We will also finalize details such as logos, printed materials, and signage.

Booth setup begins
- Our delivery staff will bring the materials to the exhibition site by truck. Our expert construction management staff will manage the site and assemble your booth using materials.

Delivery
- Your booth will be completed according to plan. Please arrange your products and brochures and make all other preparations to ensure the success of your exhibition.

Exhibition period
- There are many things that cannot be determined until the day arrives. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems or concerns.

Exhibition ends and removal work begins
- After finishing the exhibition, we will start to remove the assembled materials and load them onto trucks. If there are any products like panel boards, sign bord, banners, etc that you would like to reuse for the next exhibitions, we can store them in our warehouse.
